Another shoot for Ferrari Magazine, on this occasion i travelled to a photography studio in Bologna, Italy. In two days i had the task of shooting 8 different Ferrari’s, the feature was about GT (Grand Tourers) vs SC (Super Cars). This was a dream made in ‘Ferrari Heaven‘, to see all these cars collected in one space was truly unique. Representing the SC’s was the F40, F50, F430 Scuderia and Enzo, for the GT’s we had the 612, 412, 456 and California. The magazine wanted the cars shot against white, once we had completed the retouching Martin from Zerone New York and i had some fun, creating a smoky environment and actually changing the colours of the cars, we wanted to produce imagery that showed a fantasy car collection, the cars are/where not available in these colours, however, i think a British Racing green California and peppermint green Enzo has a certain appeal…!
